Any normal person would spend their 21st partying and enjoying the luxury of open bars-- I decided to pack up and move halfway around the world instead, in hopes of conquering fear while seeking enlightenment (Okay, maybe-slightly for my own selfish indulgences). So CHEERS to new adventures, life long connections, enriching experiences, poor decisions, meaningful lessons, shopper’s remorse, and a unique culinary immersion.
